Recently

I feel like this past month of my life I have had the least amount of things on my plate.  Yet at the same time, June has flashed before my eyes.  I know having two boys is enough to keep one busy, but I am also trying to keep busy during the more quiet parts of my day.  I have taken on a few projects here and there, and that seems to help keep me in check.

My boys have enjoyed making forts with Uncle Caleb,
Playing outside in the water,
Checking out the local Renaissance fair,
And visiting the Boise temple grounds before they close next month.

I have found myself cleaning and organizing the pantry,
Enjoying the sunsets,
Making S'mores in a jar
And learning to use my mom's long arm quilting machine.

Who knows what July will hold for us!

Smore's in a jar?? That's an awesome idea. And get crackin on that quilting. I'm (hopefully) going to make a quilt top this summer and am too afraid to quilt it myself. That's where you come in. :)

Wow! you have been busy. It looks like a lot of fun. I hope things are good, they look good. We need to catch up and stop playing phone tag. It will be great to see what July holds (hopefully that quilt)!

I'm not going to lie, when I read your comment I looked up flights to Boise. I feel like part of my family is missing.
